Grading a long term rental property
The attributes used for grading are listed below (not all will apply to a given property). Each applicable attribute will be awarded up to 5 points. On completion of the grading process the overall percentage is calculated, 100% corresponding to 5 points for every applicable attribute. Properties graded at less than 60% are not accepted to our portfolio. Thus ensuring that the property you choose will always be of an acceptable standard of location, comfort and cleanliness.
The grading percentage is used to help calculate the appropriate rental rate, and also to generate a Bronze, Silver or Gold rating for the property: Bronze for 60 to 70%; Silver for 70 to 85, Gold for 85 to 100%.
