Many of our clients are professionals or corporate clients who are looking for an alternative to either hotel living or traditional long term letting. Therefore the specification of furnishings and fittings is naturally higher than those for a standard Assured Shorthold Tenancy but then again the rental income is higher too!
We will market your property on your behalf, taking full responsibility for collecting rental payments and security deposits.

Management Schemes
In order to offer our landlords the maximum flexibility in how they manage their serviced properties we offer three management schemes offering various levels of service from our division OxfordPropertyCare.
We have included below a synopsis of each of the management schemes and the services included.
Full Management Scheme
OxfordPropertyCare is responsible for all management relating to viewings, arrivals, departures, housekeeping, administration, 24 hour emergency assistance and maintenance.
Joint Management Scheme
The landlord is primarily responsible for all management relating to viewings, arrivals, departures, housekeeping, administration, 24 hour emergency assistance and maintenance, but has access to OxfordPropertyCare services on an ad-hoc basis.
Owner Management Scheme
The landlord takes full responsibility for all management relating to viewings, arrivals, departures, housekeeping, administration, 24 hour emergency assistance and maintenance.
