Marston
This neighbourhood is next to Summertown and comprises Old Marston and Marston. Old Marston is a pretty village type area which is very close to the Ring Road thus enabling easy access to both the Hospitals, Oxford Brookes, The Oxford Business Park and the BMW Plant. Marston is nearer to St Clements and as well as providing the same access as Old Marston it also has the advantage of being closer to the city centre.
There is a cycle route into central Oxford, across the meadows from New Marston, over a bridge on the River Cherwell, past the southern boundary of The Parks to the junction of South Parks Road and St Cross Road near the Science Area of Oxford University. It is also possible to walk on footpaths across the meadows to the Parks, either via Mesopotamia Walk or Rainbow Bridge.

Soft furnishings and linen are of an excellent standard, bringing a ‘five star hotel' feel to this property. It has excellent access to the local transport network and local amenities.
NB: The attributes used for grading are based on a comprehensive appraisal of the property by our staff, taking into account facilities, location and environment. Each applicable attribute will be awarded up to 5 points. On completion of the grading process the overall percentage is calculated. Properties graded at less than 60% are not accepted.
The grading percentage is used to help calculate the appropriate rental rate, and also to generate either gold, silver or bronze rating for the property:
Bronze - 60 to 70%; Silver - 71 - 85%, and Gold - 86 to 100%
